We are looking to employ experienced, dynamic individuals to join our existing team of dedicated property professionals. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of one years experience in similar roles. All applicants should have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to prioritise their workload.

If you are pro-active, flexible and have an analytical (but creative) approach we would like to hear from you.

Due to the nature of the business applicants should have a full clean driving licence and preferably their own vehicle.

Lettings Negotiator

Permanent Position - Competitive salary available

We are seeking to recruit a property professional who ideally have a considerable knowledge of the lettings industry or experience of working in a sales environment with a willingness to learn new skills.

Successful candidates will play a key role within the branches so the ability to meet deadlines and ensure excellent customer service is offered at all times is essential. You will carry out a wide range of duties such as business development, accompanying viewings, negotiations, dealing with clients both face to face and by telephone, and other ad hoc office tasks. Ideally you will be a very keen individual who thrives in a property related environment.

Applicants must have a full clean driving licence as a car will be available for use during office hours

Experienced Sales Negotiator

Permanent Position - competitive salary

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced property professional with considerable knowledge of the residential sales field.

Successful candidates will play a key role within the branches so the ability to meet deadlines and ensure excellent customer service is offered at all times is essential. You will carry out a wide range of duties such as business development, accompanying viewings, negotiations, dealing with clients both face to face and by telephone, and other ad hoc office tasks. Ideally you will be a very keen individual who thrives in a property related environment.

Applicants must have a full clean driving licence as a car will be available for use during office hours.

Administration Assistant

Permanent Position - Starting Salary dependant upon experience

Jan Forster Estates Ltd are looking to recruit a keen conscientious administration assistant to support our growing sales and lettings administration team. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with a range of people at all ages and levels, be reliable, tolerant and determined with a proven ability to work to tight deadlines.

Ideally candidates should have a minimum of two years experience of working within a busy administrative team. Desirable qualifications include Level 2 / 3 Business Administration NVQ or equivalent. Candidates MUST be computer literate and familiar with using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; it would also be desirable for candidates to have some knowledge of residential estate agency software packages or history of working in a similar role.

Accompanied Viewer

Permanent role - part time

We are currently seeking to recruit an accompanied viewer for our Low Fell office.

The position will involve accompanying clients to both sales and lettings properties, collecting keys, letting clients into properties, ensuring the propeties are secure following visits and answering questions and providing a high level of customer service through out.

Applications are welcome from individuals seeking part time hours or with flexible working patterns.
